Our son looks forward to baking every Sunday. I love how age-appropriate the recipes are. He is able to do most of the baking himself, and he's so proud of his makes when they come out of the oven. The length of the classes is perfect, and they hold his attention the whole time (something that can be very hard to do!). Thank you again for offering a fun way to keep practicing his french!

Our family had a great time participating in this past Sunday’s class. The girls are super excited to make pizza muffins this coming week. We really like the idea of search and find for the ingredients. It will definitely work to build confidence and work to Practice vocabulary. Fantastic idea! We also really enjoyed the incorporation of songs from some of the regular programming into the baking process.

I just wanted to say my 8 year old daughter did the baking class (via the recording) as 8am is a bit early to be up baking here in the west coast lol! We loved the class, she was able to follow along no problem and the spice cake was DELICIOUS!! Looking forward to next week.

Both my husband and I really liked the apple sauce cake. It was incredibly moist! The kids had fun in the class too. Mine are only 3 and 1 but it’s a good excuse for me to speak with them in French. I find that the hardest part so this class holds me accountable.

We had such fun last weekend and are still enjoying our cake. The recipe was age appropriate, and the method was easy to follow for my 7 year old. The mix of music and baking was a perfect amount, and my kiddo said he appreciated that the speed wasn't too fast. The music gave him a chance to catch up so he didn't fall behind. We are very much looking forward to this weekend's class!

?? FAQ ??

Absolutely! Your payment covers the cost of you and your household. No need to register siblings.

This is geared towards parents and children ages 4-9years. That said, we have had parents with younger and older children attend and enjoy themselves as well! All ages are welcome. The level of French is geared towards all levels. Because the class is very active & visual, both beginners and bilingual children will benefit!

A downloadable recipe book is sent out to participants 1 week prior to the first class in order to allow you ample time to get the ingredients you need for the classes. We choose simple recipes in order to ensure the majority of the ingredients are likely already in your home.

In our downloadable recipe book you will find French baking cheat sheets. One of them is an “alternatives” cheat sheet that provides the French names and pronunciation for  alternatives to things like flour, milk, and sugar. You are welcome to switch any ingredients out and can contact Mme Melissa if you need any help!

No worries! Mme Melissa is making special recordings (they will be high-quality videos!) to accompany the recipes. This way, if you miss a class or want to make the recipe again, you can watch the video on your own time. We have had participants join our baking classes for the sole purpose of using the recordings and the feedback has been great! 🙂

Certainly! You are welcome to sign your child up to participate with another family member or friend. As long as it’s the same child(ren) attending, there is no need to register the other adults.

Please email us at info@123petitspas.com with your question and we will be happy to help!

What are you waiting for?!
