This is my son’s current favourite beginner French chapter book and it has also sparked a love of drawing! At the end of each book, there are step-by-step visual instructions on how to draw a few of the book’s characters.

This series had my students laughing out loud at every page, I definitely recommend giving these books a try!

Enter the magical (and hilarious) world of Charlotte la licorne (Charlotte the Unicorn)! Written by Cressida Cowell, this funny series features the delightful adventures of Charlotte and her friends as they explore the wonders of their whimsical realm.
I have yet to read this series myself, but our 123 Petits Pas community recommended it several times and so I had to add it to the list! You’ll have to let me know what you think. 🙂
