Personal information is collected from our French class registrants and from those who have expressed interest in joining our mailing list. The purpose for the collection of this information is to send updates regarding: program registration details, additional French resources, and special one-time classes for mailing list members or past participants. We will also send member surveys from time-to-time to help us create a French class schedule that caters to the needs of our community.

Personal information is collected when registrants submit their online registration form, when a person completes our online form to join our mailing list, or when a person has sent an email asking to be added to our mailing list. Our mailing list is sent emails via Mailchimp as an easy way of organizing each round’s participants and to ensure that those who have opted in receive information regarding the program(s) of their interest. These emails are not generically made and are meant to provide our community with learning resources, registration details, and special offers that interest them. Members of our mailing list may opt out of our emails at anytime by selecting the “opt out” button at the end of an email. 123 Petits Pas takes the privacy of their community members very seriously and only uses personal information to inform them of program details for which they have voluntarily expressed a desire to receive.
