Bridge the Gap Between French Class & Real-Life French
Support your Child's French: Learn Together with Fun Family Activities & Real-Life Experiences
“I want to support my child’s French… but how?”
You’re already doing a lot – juggling drop-offs, library visits, swim lessons, dinner. You care deeply about your child’s learning, and you’re intentional about how they spend their time.
You probably:
- Took French in school, but haven’t touched it in years
- Feel unsure about teaching something you’re still learning yourself
- Want more than just passive screen time or vocabulary apps
- Crave meaningful connection with your children through everyday activities
- Wish your child had more fun experiences in French that don’t feel like extra homework
That’s where French at Home comes in. It’s not a curriculum to keep up with. It’s a simple, enriching rhythm that fits into real life – and makes language learning feel like a fun, family bonding experience.
Imagine this:
Your child is singing in French while stirring muffin batter beside you.
You’re both laughing during a puppet show, or learning new words while getting ready for a trip to the library.
No pressure, no prep. Just engaging, guided activities that feel effortless.
This is the kind of screen time that feels good – engaging, interactive, and designed to help you connect in French, not just consume. It brings structure to your week and confidence to your child. And yes – you might find yourself picking up more French than you expected, too. 😉

As someone who learned French herself as a second language, she deeply understands the joys and the challenges that come with raising bilingual children in an English-speaking environment.
She’s passionate about making French learning feel doable, meaningful, and fun for both kids and their parents. Through music, movement, laughter, and hands-on experiences, she transforms everyday moments into joyful language-learning opportunities.
As the founder and primary educator of 123 Petits Pas, Madame Amy leads the majority of our live virtual classes, supporting families across Canada and beyond. Whether she’s singing with toddlers or sparking conversation with 8-year-olds, her warm and encouraging teaching style helps children thrive—and gives parents the confidence to keep the learning going at home.
Who is Madame Mélissa?
Madame Melissa has been a beloved part of the 123 Petits Pas community for over six years. Her journey began just like many of our families—as a participant, joining in with her own kids! Since then, she’s become a familiar face through our French baking classes.
A proud French-Canadian and mom of four bilingual kids, Mme Melissa brings not only her Early Childhood Education background to each class but also her incredible talent as a baker (yes, everything she makes is that delicious!). With a deep love for hands-on, joyful learning, she leads our monthly French Baking and French Science classes—infusing every session with creativity, curiosity, and lots of smiles.
Who is Madame Stéphanie?
Madame Stéphanie brings sparkle, silliness, and serious talent to our French@Home program! A professional Canadian actor best known for her lead role in Canada’s Broadway Musical Hairspray, she lights up every room she enters.
Her monthly French Singalongs/Puppet Shows are packed with laughter, music, and imagination—perfect for children aged 3 to 9 (and their grown-ups too!). With a stunning voice and natural flair for the dramatic, Mme Stéphanie turns every class into a mini performance that makes learning French so much fun.
